Ms. Dickson is extremely proud of her students, and encourages a tenacious work ethic while enjoying the process of breathing, making sound, working within the line, improving diction, and expressing the meaning of the text and music. Students engage in Master Classes in preparation for Auditions, and have a regular working relationship with professional collaborative artists. Some of Ms. Dickson's students are beginning singers, and some have the drive and gifts to pursue music as a career. Other gifted students are interested in singing as an avocation, and they also are welcomed with open arms to learn and grow through song.
